What You’ll Do:

As our Office & Accounting Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping our business running smoothly. Here’s a glimpse of your day-to-day:

  • Data Entry & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices, payments, and transactions.
  • Clerical Support: Organize files, handle mail, and assist with day-to-day office tasks.
  • Financial Support: Help reconcile bank accounts, process payments, and assist in preparing financial reports.
  • Special Projects: Assist with company initiatives, events, or marketing campaigns to help grow our business.

Who You Are:

  • A Learner: You’re excited to gain hands-on experience and grow your skills in a business setting.
  • Detail-Oriented: You pride yourself on accuracy and organization.
  • Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable using Google and Microsoft Office tools, and QuickBooks knowledge is a plus.
  • Communicative: Clear communication is your strong suit, and you’re ready to work with teammates, vendors, and customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree in accounting or business preferred)
  • One year of administrative experience; requirement can be waived if pursuing a bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong administrative skills
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and business processes 
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Sheets/Excel
  • Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
  • Excellent communication, organization, and task management skills
