Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain billing invoices accurately and on time

  • Create and manage quotations as per company requirements

  • Handle basic accounting entries using Tally

  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation

  • Coordinate with internal teams for administrative support

  • Assist in day-to-day office administration activities

Requirements:
  • 0 to 1 year of experience in office administration or accounts

  • Basic knowledge of Billing, Quotation making, and Tally
