About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Administrator to support daily office operations at our Lake Bluff location. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks and takes initiative to ensure the office runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable handling both administrative and light errand-based duties.
Key Responsibilities

Perform general office tasks including filing, data entry, and document management

Answer and route phone calls, take messages, and greet visitors

Manage office supplies and place orders as needed

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and appointment coordination

Support basic bookkeeping or expense tracking (as needed)

Run local errands such as mail drop-offs, supply pick-ups, or other business-related tasks

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace

Provide general support to management and staff as requested
Qualifications

Previous administrative or office experience preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (for errands)

Self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to work independently
