Position Summary: Responsibilities and Duties: This person is responsible for the following but is not limited to: Communicates heavily over the phone with a friendly and helpful demeanor with prospective and current customers. Accurately gathering customer information and questions, then routing those questions to the appropriate internal division. Schedules estimates, service calls and appointments with multiple Sales Estimators with customers across the sales region. Act as a liaison between the office, field teams, and customers to ensure project updates and status are communicated clearly. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide technical information regarding services. Reviews construction documents: contracts, pricing, material lists, photos and proposals for accuracy, legal compliance, and scope of work. Update/upload project documents and communicate job status and other information on the project management platform. Assists with Building Permit applications and warranty documentation. Processing payments and maintaining accurate records (in the online project management system) as well as tracking the additional deposit(s) of the project payment. Ability and willingness to learn basic roofing and construction terminology. Skills & Qualifications: Must have at least 1 year of experience working with an online project management or business management system software. Must be adept at managing information and have strong critical thinking and analytical skills. Must be highly organized with multi tasking ability. Basic working experience with Google Suite or Microsoft business products (Excel, Word) preferred. Can maintain an extremely high attention to detail and focus when needed. Strong verbal and written communication skills Thrives in a fast paced and detailed oriented environment. Ability to remain calm and professional with customers and other employees. Comfortable working as a part of a team to solve problems collaboratively.
