IMMEDIATELY HIRING A MOTIVATED FULL TIME ADMININTRATIVE ASSISTANT TO WORK IN OUR SARASOTA OFFICE

MUST INCLUDE AN UP TO DATE RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED

40 Hours a week (Monday-Friday) $18-23 hourly based on experience

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in daily office and administrative tasks
  • Assist with invoicing
  • Answering phones and managing correspondence: Handling incoming calls, taking messages, and directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Drafting correspondence: Writing and sending emails, letters, and other communications.
  • Supporting staff: Providing assistance to other employees with various tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ year experience in insurance adjusting or other related field helpful but not required.
  • Strong office administrative skills
  • Proficient Computer and Microsoft Word/Excel Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
