Parallel Employment Group is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Office Administrator for a client in Gowanda, NY. The ideal candidate will have prior office experience and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate: $20–$22 per hour, based on experience

Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours per week

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Flexible schedule with some remote work available

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls

• Accounts payable processing

• Create and manage purchase orders

• Process invoices

• Filing and maintaining organized records

• Data entry and general administrative support

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in an office setting

• Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Excel

• Excellent multitasking and time management abilities

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing workloads

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
