We are seeking a dependable Office Administrator Assistant to support our office and management team. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule & Pay:

  • $28–$30 per hour
  • 4 days per week, with potential to become full-time
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to management and office staff
  • Assist with payroll, billing, and collections
  • Data entry and record maintenance
  • Answer phones and manage client communication professionally
  • Support office operations and Management

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Construction office experience preferred
  • Knowledge of COIs, OCIP forms, and compliance portals a plus
  • Team player with strong attention to detail and professionalism

Computer Skills Required:

  • QuickBooks
  • Google Workspace
  • Microsoft Office (Excel) and Outlook
