JOB DESCRIPTION:

Join our Administration team, create & advance an efficient & sustainable office environment, strive for world-class customer services by ensuring day-to-day operations with strategic cost optimization and innovative solutions.

Our team is looking for an Office Administrator. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a global environment. 

Admin services(70%) 

  • Assist in the planning and logistic preparations of meetings and conferences (meeting room booking, flower ordering, etc.)
  • Manage the office supplies such as stationeries and printings on demand
  • Ensure the office area is neat and clean, especially the reception area and common space
  • Support business with shipping, receiving goods
  • Work with vendors to handle monthly office flowers and plant services
  • Stock up snacks and drinks and order tea breaks for office events
  • Perform other related duties as requested.

Office Operations (30%)

  • Support logistics for small company events such as tea-break setup, venue booking, F&B ordering, etc.
  • Contribute to Admin's activities
  • Perform other related duties as requested

Requirements

  • Proficiency in G-suite
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Service oriented and resourceful
  • Part- Time 16hrs per week.
  • In office position (req. 2 days per wk)
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.

(Potential for this role to transition from a part-time contract position to a permanent position based on business needs.)

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
