Are you looking for an open, challenging, and collaborative environment? We have partnered with a reputable manufacturing company who is looking for a Office Assistant to add to their team in the Milford, CT area.
The Office Assistant will assist with typical office duties, answering the phone lines, billing, shipping, ordering supplies, and overseeing jobs.

work hours: 7:30 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

  • Provide office support :
  • Order entry, transferring orders, explaining stock-outs and delivery dates.
  • Ordering office supplies
  • print shipping paperwork
  • Maintains ERP backorder report.
  • Updates the ERP data base with prospecting information.
  • Communicates to the Purchasing department as needed.
  • Assist with projects
