Job Description
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries (phone, email, website forms)
Schedule and confirm appointments for field technicians
Track incoming leads and job progress through our CRM system (Albi)
Manage job files, documentation, and insurance paperwork
Coordinate with third-party vendors and adjusters
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and invoice tracking (QuickBooks experience a plus)
Support team with admin tasks, including ordering supplies, timekeeping, and reporting
Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Qualifications:
2+ years of office administration or customer service experience (restoration or construction industry preferred)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Comfortable with technology: email, spreadsheets, CRM software, and QuickBooks
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Positive, can-do attitude with a team-first mindset
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
