Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries (phone, email, website forms)

  • Schedule and confirm appointments for field technicians

  • Track incoming leads and job progress through our CRM system (Albi)

  • Manage job files, documentation, and insurance paperwork

  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and adjusters

  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and invoice tracking (QuickBooks experience a plus)

  • Support team with admin tasks, including ordering supplies, timekeeping, and reporting

  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of office administration or customer service experience (restoration or construction industry preferred)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Comfortable with technology: email, spreadsheets, CRM software, and QuickBooks

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Positive, can-do attitude with a team-first mindset

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)
