We are currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview: The Office Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations and ensuring the smooth running of our daily activities. This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our real estate agents and office manager, including document preparation, filing, and managing correspondence.
- Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and greet clients with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and property showings, ensuring efficient time management.
- Maintain and update listings, client databases, and other records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and presentations.
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, mailing, and keeping the office organized and tidy.
- Support the team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
- Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with office management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
