Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our company and services
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Organize and maintain paper and electronic files
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Perform data entry and update databases accurately
- Ensure the office environment is clean, orderly, and functional
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate high level organization skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to learn new computer programs and software quickly
- A desire to meet and interact with people from diverse backgrounds and industries
- Prior applicable office experience required
- High school diploma or GED required
