Pay Rate: $18.00+ depending on experience
Job Type: Full Time
Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team. The primary responsibilities for this role include:
- Greeting all individuals warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Managing appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assisting with incoming inquiries and maintaining customer and employee records.
- Providing excellent customer service and following up on customer needs.
- Assisting with accounting tasks.
- Supporting the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and other relevant programs.
