About Us
Green Mountain Technologies is a leading manufacturer and supplier of commercial composting systems located in Poulsbo Washington. We manufacture composting equipment for universities, resorts, corporate campuses, municipalities and other organizations to compost and prevent valuable nutrients from going to the landfill.
We are seeking an Office Assistant to support day-to-day operations across customer communication, administrative coordination, light sales support, and marketing efforts.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Inbound Sales & Customer Coordination – receive incoming calls/ emails/ website inquiries, provide preliminary information and direct to relevant individual
- Support staff with administrative tasks – maintain organization of documents, manage HRA plan and business renewals
- Assist with purchasing, invoicing and shipping – track POs, follow up with vendors/ customers, process returns
- Marketing and Content support – writing support on blog posts/PR, coordinate tradeshows/webinars and organize marketing materials
- Manage sales for small product lines (oxygen and temperature probes)
- Keep the office clean, organized and well-stocked
Compensation
$25 to $30 hour with the following benefits
- HRA reimbursement program (up to $6,500 per year)
- Cell phone reimbursement
- Annual performance based bonusing
