Office Assistant / ReceptionistLocation: Trademark Camping, 23739 Lake Dr, Crestline, CAThe Office Assistant / Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, supporting the daily operations of the front office and TM Camping ministries. This role assists the Office Manager, collaborates with other departments, and performs general administrative duties, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and efficient office environment while supporting donation processing and other key functions.Essential Functions:Collaborates with the Office Manager in the orchestration of guest and TM Camping eventsAssists with the day-to-day operations of the TMC Front OfficeFosters strong and healthy relationships with guests on the phone, and other TM Camping staffAssists the TM Camping leadership team with tasks such as filing, making phone calls, and keeping inventory of office suppliesRetrieves incoming mail and packages daily and sorts/delivers them to the appropriate TP/TMC locationsAdditional Functions:Takes notes and prepares minutes for MAC, Board, and other meetings; maintains detailed records to support interdepartmental communication and follow-up.Assists HR Manager in coordination and management of TMC front office functions (phones, evaluations, mail, office communications, etc.)Assists with calendar coordination, flight bookings, and other travel arrangements as needed.Other duties as assigned by supervisorMajor Competency Areas:Godly, Christian character, integrity, and adaptabilityExcellent people skills: positive attitude, engaging personality, able to successfully manage difficult, negative, or high-stress situations with grace and professionalismExcellent communication skills: verbal and writtenExcellent organizational skills: scheduling, multi-tasking, prioritizing, and strong attention to detailQualifications:Christian camping or other ministry experienceThorough working knowledge of TM Camping facilities, procedures, events, calendars, and rate schedulesMinimum of high-school diploma, higher education preferred in Business, Christian Ministry, or administrative experience.Administrative and computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Google.Agreement and compliance with camp Mission, Vision, Values, Staff Handbook, and Statement of Faith.Valid California Drivers' license and reliable transportation.Physical Requirements:Physical ability to perform the essential functions of the position, including activities such as bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects as requiredAble to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of timeMust be able to lift, hold, and carry a minimum of 50 pounds
