MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

- At least eighteen (18) years of age

- One (1) year experience as an office clerk to include using Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) and Google suite

- High School Diploma or GED

- Experience and / or training using QuickBooks

- Valid driver's license to operate company vehicles for company business needs


PREFERRED (not required):

- Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and/or Human Resources

- Construction administration experience


EMPLOYER NOTES:

- The ideal applicant will meet multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines, make recommendations, handle complaints and requests in a professional and calm manner. Maintain a good attendance / be punctual, record and have the ability to function in a positive manner in a demanding work environment to take up roles and responsibilities on a pro-active basis.

- This employer conducts a drug test, a background check and a DMV records check before first day of employment


JOB DUTIES:

- Greet visitors and clients in a professional friendly, courteous manner and direct them to the appropriate staff; provide professional customer service and telephone etiquette

- Answer phones and route calls, take accurate messages, answer emails and perform data entry

- Draft proposals / contracts when given information from the estimator, create onsite safety books; copy and file general monitoring of the reception appearance and light office cleaning duties

- Work with minimal supervision and maintain professional standards / expectations

- Maintain a high level of confidentiality

- Perform any other duties as assigned


HOURS:

- Fulltime; Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM; 40 hours per week


PAY / BENEFITS:

- $22 to $27 per hour depending on experience and qualifications

- Medical, dental, life insurance and paid time off after 60 days

- 401(k) after one (1) year
