Description:
We are seeking a well-organized, dependable, and efficient Office Clerk to join our team. This entry-level position is vital to the daily operations of our office, providing essential support in clerical duties and front desk management.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring proper distribution to staff.
Provide visitor badges and maintain accurate visitor logs.
Perform clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Stock office supplies and beverages, including lifting cases of soda and water.
Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for various office tasks and documentation.
Must-Have Skills:
General office experience.
Ability to learn and adapt to new processes quickly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
At least one year of clerical or office experience.
