ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES – As an Office Coordinator, you are dedicated to compliance, customer service, record-keeping, project management, scheduling, and following highly-organized and detail-oriented processes. Your duties will include the following:
- Serve as right hand support to Executive Director
- Manage office operations, ensuring continual compliance
- Utilize marketing inventory
- Plan, prepare for, and host events and New Hire Orientations
- Provide prompt, highly responsive, and cheerful customer support by phone and in person
- Conduct ongoing Client satisfaction, service, and care evaluations by person and via phone
- Provide support for scheduling, optimizing hours, filling open shifts, and scheduling compatible Employees with Clients
- Provide excellent record-keeping and information management
- Relay detailed messages from office to other applicable team members
- Maintain complete and organized files and records
- Exude customer-focused, professional, solution-oriented demeanor
- Cultivate an inventory of ongoing office supply needs
- Create and maintain an orderly, clean, and professional office
Requirements

- Demonstrate strong commitment to compliance
- Knowledge of best practices for handling PHI in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Administrative specialty in related field – whether accounting, customer service, scheduling, billing, IT, project management, leadership, sales, marketing, business development, medical scheduling, staffing, care coordinator or coordination, recruiting, talent acquisition, compliance, office manager or management, business manager or management, human resources, or operations a bonus
- Experience in assisted living, facility, nursing home, or in home care a bonus Ideal candidates have 3 years of experience in customer service or human resources
- Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in human resource, people operations, or a related field.
