We are looking for a dynamic Office Coordinator to join our team. The Office Coordinator is a valued team member, ensuring the smooth running of daily office activities, managing facilities, and creating a welcoming and productive environment for employees and guests. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the flexibility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time role, working approximately 24 hours per week, and is not eligible for benefits.

 Given the nature and scope of the responsibilities, this role is exclusively based at the corporate headquarters in Tysons, VA.

The responsibilities of the Office Coordinator include, but are not limited to:

  •  Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and visitors, maintaining a professional, organized, and welcoming environment.
  • Manage office access, including fobs, badges, and parking.
  • Maintain office supplies, snacks, drinks, and other consumables, ensuring the office is well-stocked and orderly.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests for the office and cleaning services to support smooth office operations.
  • Reserve, prepare, and manage conference rooms and tenant lounges for meetings and events.
  • Distribute mail, schedule document shredding, and organize storage areas for accessibility and efficiency.
  • Prepare and distribute new hire welcome packages.
  • Assist with logistics, setup, and support for office meetings and special events.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without company sponsorship (e.g., U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident / Green Card holder).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a professional office environment providing administrative support.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with employees, visitors, and vendors.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with office software and basic office technology (MS Office Suite, or similar).
  • This role may require local travel to pick up office supplies or assist with events.
