Office Manager (AR/AP + HR Support)
Location: Cleveland, OH 44130 (Westside)
Pay: $65,000+ /yr (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time - Temp to Hire “trial period” leading to direct hire opportunity.
Schedule: Mon–Fri 7:00am – 3:30pm (flexible)
Job Summary
We’re hiring an organized, dependable Office Manager to handle AR/AP support, HR admin, and general office operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly and staying on top of details.
Key Responsibilities
- Create/send invoices; track AR and follow up on past-due accounts
- Process AP: vendor invoices, coding, and payments (check/ACH/card)
- Maintain accurate financial/office records and basic reports
- Support onboarding/offboarding and maintain confidential employee files
- Assist with timekeeping/payroll prep (as needed)
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and general administrative tasks
Qualifications
- 3+ years in office management and/or AR/AP administrative support
- Comfortable handling confidential HR-related tasks
- Strong organization, follow-through, and communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook/Word)
- QuickBooks (or similar) experience is a plus
