Responsibilities:
As the Office Manager and Executive Assistant, you will be a vital part of our administrative team, ensuring the seamless operation of our business processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Financial Management:
  • Overseeing bookkeeping processes, including entering and paying bills.
  • Processing payroll using ADP to enter hours
  • Administrative Leadership:
  • Coordinating administrative tasks to support various departments.
  • Managing day-to-day operations for enhanced overall efficiency.
  • Customer Service and Support:
  • Providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Answering phones and addressing customer inquiries.
  • Construction Experience:
  • Previous experience in the construction industry, with a solid understanding of construction processes and terminology.
  • Technical and Computer Knowledge:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and general computer skills.
  • Utilization of strong computer skills to work in a cloud environment.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Actively engaging with team members and promoting a sense of unity.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing and construction industry.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based systems and experience using ERP software.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Previous experience working in a small company setting is highly desirable.

Compensation:
We offer a competitive pay scale for this position which is higher than average for similar roles in this area.
