Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

4–6 Month Project


We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to step into a fast-paced environment and bring structure, organization, and efficiency to daily operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in building processes and improving workflows.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functionality
  • Manage vendor relationships (cleaning, HVAC, office services, etc.)
  • Coordinate office services such as supplies, snacks, and equipment maintenance
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and shipping logistics
  • Manage domestic and international shipments (primarily via FedEx), ensuring accurate documentation
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement improved processes and SOPs
  • Ensure office compliance and organization across all operations


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in an Office Manager or Office Operations role
  • Strong ability to create and implement SOPs and process improvements
  • Experience with shipping/logistics, including international shipments
  • Vendor management experience and ability to manage multiple service providers
  • Self-starter who can take ownership and operate independently


Additional Details

  • Full-time hours (40/week)
  • Immediate impact role with high visibility
