This role is critical to keeping the office organized, supporting leadership, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a small-team environment—with room to grow as the company expands.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
  • Handle email correspondence, document organization, and basic reporting
  • Support leadership with scheduling, coordination, and follow-up items
  • Maintain accurate records and office files
  • Assist with internal processes and company-specific applications (training provided)
  • Help keep office workflows organized and running efficiently

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of prior office management or administrative experience
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to work independently in a small-office setting
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
