ImpulseRadar USA, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of ImpulseRadar AB Sweden an Addtech AB company based in Stockholm Sweden. The company is rapidly growing due to its technical edge in both 2D and 3D ground penetrating radar systems. Addtech AB is a publicly traded company on the Swedish exchange. We are seeking an office manager also with entry level bookkeeping skills at our office in Ravenel (minutes from Charleston, SC).
Please note this is a full-time onsite position, NOT a remote position.
Office Manager Duties and Responsibilities
1. Oversee general office operations.
2. Manages filing systems and supplies as needed.
3. Knowledge of the IT ecosystem and ability to assist IT specialists with solutions as necessary.
4. Involvement with staff regarding schedules e.g., trade shows and exhibitions and logistics.
5. Assist in tracking quantities of inventory for the product line.
6. Basic knowledge of bookkeeping to handle accounts receivable and payable in the QuickBooks Online software.
7. Work with Human Resources as necessary for onboarding and other relevant Human Resource activities.
8. Interface with reseller network to provide support as needed.
9. Assist finance department with reporting.
Essential Skills
1. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 product suite.
2. General understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
1. QuickBooks Online
2. Advanced computer skills with aptitude to learn new systems and procedures
3. Basic knowledge of office equipment and machine operations
Educational Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications or related field
2. Two years’ experience as an administrative office manager
