Cayuga Tree Service is currently seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Manager to support daily operations and serve as a key point of contact for customers and internal team members. What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact by answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Manage customer communications via phone, email, and follow-up on voicemail
- Process payroll information and submit to an external payroll provider
- Prepare and organize financial documentation for the bookkeeper and accountant
- Handle invoicing and basic financial tasks using QuickBooks
- Support day-to-day office operations, ensuring organization, efficiency, and accuracy
- Assist the team with administrative tasks and coordination as needed
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in an office manager, administrative, or similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
