Labor Staffers is staffing for an Office Manager in Hollidaysburg. What we are looking for is an Office Manager to run the operation and everyday business activities within the organization and running of the daily administrative operations. Overseeing Accounts payable, payroll, Accounts Receivable, answering phones and MUST have experience with QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

  • AP, AR, Payroll, Invoices and working with QuickBooks
  • Hands on in the office and in the warehouse and outside equipment and machines
  • Payroll

Skills

  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Able to problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office

If benefits are needed this can be negotiable. Temp to Perm

Requirements

QuickBooks, AS Or BS in Business or Business Admin, Accounting or Finance but not required

BS or AS degree in Business Management or Admin type of degree
