Preferred Search Group is partnering with a top-rated orthodontic office in Swampscott to find a Business Manager. This position will oversee the practice's daily operations, manage staff, implement business strategies, and ensuring financial success and metrics are met.

Candidates MUST have previous dental office management experience.

Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:30a-5:30p. Pay for this position is $65,000-$88,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Innovative Revenue Generation: Implement innovative strategies to enhance service offerings. Recognize and explore untapped market segments. Introduce new revenue streams. Drive growth across all service linces including Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, and pediatric dentistry.
  • Operational Excellence: Optimize and manage office operations for peak efficiency, ensuring that all systems, processes, and protocols support the seamless delivery of services and a superior patient journey. Continue testing and improving existing office operations.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, with a keen focus on profitability and cost management. Develop strategies to optimize the insurance mix and enhance revenue cycle management.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team committed to excellence and continuous improvement. Foster a culture of professional growth, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Patient Experience: Champion the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at elevating patient satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing a dental practice
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of dental insurance and business operations.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Demonstrated ability to delegate tasks, manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
  • Must be technically savvy and quick to learn new computer software
