Client Expectation:
- Scenario developer, not monitoring/support staff
- Deep understanding of behavior detection logic
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and customize transaction monitoring scenarios
- Enhance existing scenarios
- Perform threshold tuning
- Support risk detection logic
Mandatory Skills:
- Oracle FCCM Mantas / TM
- Custom scenario development experience
- Strong knowledge of FCCM data model
- PL/SQL
Nice to Have:
- Experience with regulatory tuning (Canada scenarios mentioned)
