RN will work either three 12's (7a - 7:30p) or four 10's (7a - 5:30p), with a rotating call schedule that includes weekend and weekday call that mirrors the call rotation of the general staff. Call will be split between Call 1 and Call 2. Possible holiday call rotation may be required if a holiday falls within the RN's contract. This rotation is based on current patient census and staffing, so some variability could be possible to this rotation if census/staffing experiences a significant change. Active BLS and ACLS are both required. Minimum 3 years of current/recent OR experience required. Robotic, Neuro, and Ortho experience needed as well as Epic EMR proficiency. RN's with limited RTO requests and willing to work or take call the upcoming Thanksgiving/Christmas holidays will receive priority consideration.
