Position: Registered Nurse- Medical-Surgical

Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 12
Shift Notes: 12 Hour Days (36 Hour Guarantee)
Weekend Requirements: Fair share of wknd/holidays

Traveler Policy: Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction)

Patient Ratio: 1:4-5
Specific Policies:
- Multipliers - No increased rate for OT, Holiday, and Call-Back
- Orientation - Allied and Therapy Travelers start orientation on Tuesdays. Nursing Travelers start orientation on Thursdays
- 1 Year NIH Certification Link:
Preparing, administering, and recording prescribed medications. Changing dressings, inserting catheters, and starting IVs. Adjusting specialized medical equipment as needed, as well as interpreting and recording measurements. Monitoring patients' vitals and reporting adverse reactions to medications in a timely manner.
Submission Requirements- At least 1 year of experience - Required
- Recent traveler experience - highly preferred
Profile Requirements:
- Work History
- Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
- Licensure & Certifications (OK State License or compact & BLS - AHA, NIH)
- Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will consider local candidates at a reduced rate)
