Job Summary (List Format):

- Shift: 7 AM 7 PM (Days)
- Patient Ratio: 1 nurse : 5 patients
- Required Experience: Minimum 6 months Med-Surg nursing experience
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive nursing care for patients
- Perform patient assessments and nursing diagnoses
- Create and manage patient care plans
- Provide leadership by collaborating with ancillary staff and the healthcare team
- Maintain standards of professional nursing practice in the clinical setting
- Develop and implement care systems for diverse patient populations (infants, children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics)
