OMS Technical Program Manager (TPM)

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Hybrid Woonsocket, RI

Job Description:
STAFFXPERT is Seeking an experienced OMS Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead strategic initiatives across Order Management, Fulfillment, and Delivery platforms. The ideal candidate will partner with engineering, product, and business teams to define KPIs, measure platform performance, drive roadmap execution, and communicate business value to executive leadership.

Required Skills:

10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Product Strategy, or Technology Consulting
Strong experience with Order Management Systems (OMS), order fulfillment, inventory, and delivery platforms
Proven ability to define KPIs, develop executive dashboards, and measure business value realization
Experience managing cross-functional programs across engineering, product, operations, and business teams
Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and presentation skills
Ability to translate complex technical initiatives into clear business outcomes

Preferred:

Experience with Sterling OMS, Manhattan, Fluent Commerce, Salesforce OMS, SAP OMS, or similar enterprise OMS platforms
Retail, eCommerce, or pharmacy industry experience
Experience supporting omnichannel commerce and fulfillment initiatives
