Starting pay at $22 per hour, with room to grow from there!
The job of On-Premise Manager acts as a liaison between employees at the site, their agency and the client, with specific responsibilities of:
- Providing information to employees regarding policies and regulations
- Addressing a variety of issues and/or providing general support
- Overseeing the execution of records of personnel actions, and evaluations
- Assisting the Agency in ensuring that employee functions conform to all applicable regulatory requirements.
- The On-Premises is responsible for performing in-depth human resources duties under minimal supervision and the nominal supervision of subordinate employee.
- The On-Premises works closely with the Client to provide high level of customer service and ensure compliance with all company’s policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Able to work 1st Shift, 6:30 AM to 3 PM
- Weekend availability as needed through peak season
- Previous experience with employee management, HR, or support
- Comfortable with a variety of computer systems and data entry
- Reliable transportation to make it to work daily
