Job Description:

  • Bachelor level or higher ducation
  • Business Analyst (CBAP) certification or equivalent BA credential/education
  • 84 months of experience in requirements planning and management, elicitation, analysis, and communication
  • 84 months of experience assisting in the translation of business requirements into design specifications
  • 84 months of experience identifying and documenting existing business processes, creating various data and behavior models, process/flow models, and usage models to provide direction to application developers
  • 84 months experience with internal and external stakeholder communications and outreach, including the development of presentations and other materials that promote the rethinking of core business processes and envisioning of a reengineered environment
  • 12 months experience working on projects for the public sector/government
  • 10 months experience in Reserve America s cabin/camping/POS system, Ventek s automated paystations, and ParkHub s parking management technology
  • 36 months experience with Grants Gateway or SFS Grants Module

Detailed Job Description: OPRHP plans to implement several projects in parallel and requires a Business Analyst to assist with requirements gathering for each. The Business Analyst will work closely with the Project Manager, Program Manager and the Agency lead and may be assigned to multiple projects. A summary of projects is as follows: Grants Management System - The grants bureau has been using an out-of-date grants warehouse to store data related to grants and applicants. This system must be updated as support is discontinued, and the system is failing. In addition to a new warehouse, the system must be integrated with grants gateway application as the Parks team uses the system for grants management. Revenue Application - This project will redesign and reengineer the current Revenue Application System at OPRHP using modern and supported hardware and software platforms, consolidating common system processes and leveraging automation to streamline the business processes.
