A OneStream Administrator is a professional who manages, maintains, and optimizes the OneStream XF platform for corporate performance management (CPM). Their duties include user management, system configuration, data integration, troubleshooting, and ensuring efficient financial reporting processes. This role requires a combination of financial and technical skills, including familiarity with financial concepts like consolidation and reporting, as well as technical proficiency in areas like data integration and system administration.
Key responsibilities
System management:
Administering user access, configuring system settings, and troubleshooting issues to ensure the platform runs smoothly.
Financial processes:
Managing financial reporting, consolidations, budgeting, and forecasting processes within the OneStream platform.
Data integration:
Integrating data from other systems and performing validations to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Collaboration:
Working with finance and IT teams to implement updates, automate workflows, and enhance system performance.
Enhancements:
Creating and maintaining financial reports and dashboards, and potentially developing business rules or logic.
Required skills and qualifications
