Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced OneTrust Professional with comprehensive expertise across all OneTrust modules, with a focus on Data Mapping and Cookie Compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance, streamline privacy processes, and enhance data privacy management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage OneTrust modules, specifically focusing on Data Mapping and Cookie Compliance.
- Implement OneTrust solutions to support the organization's privacy compliance strategy, ensuring adherence to GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with business units to identify data processing activities and create data flow diagrams using OneTrust's Data Mapping Module.
- Perform regular assessments of data inventory and data mapping to identify potential privacy risks and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Manage and monitor the Cookie Compliance Module to ensure websites meet privacy standards and provide a seamless user experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in privacy laws and regulations to adapt OneTrust configurations and ensure ongoing compliance.
- Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on the use of OneTrust modules and best practices for data privacy management.
- Generate detailed reports on compliance status, risk assessments, and improvement plans using OneTrust's reporting features.
- Work closely with the IT and Legal teams to implement privacy policies and practices throughout the organization.
- Support integration of OneTrust with other data privacy tools and platforms.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with OneTrust, covering multiple modules with expertise in Data Mapping and Cookie Compliance.
- Strong knowledge of global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
- Experience implementing and configuring OneTrust solutions in a complex enterprise environment.
- Proficiency in performing data inventory and data flow analysis using OneTrust's Data Mapping features.
- Experience with website cookie scanning, consent management, and compliance tracking.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- OneTrust Certification (e.g., OneTrust Certified Privacy Professional).
- Experience in privacy risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
- Familiarity with integration of OneTrust with other privacy or compliance management tools.
- Experience in providing training and support on OneTrust platforms to diverse teams.
- Background in legal compliance or data privacy roles is a plus.
Work Schedule:
- Hybrid role requiring onsite presence 1 week per month at the Houston office.
