We are seeking a dedicated online customer service, brand relationship representative to manager customer interactions and provide support for our products and services. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries and tracking, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chatTrack customer inquiries through multiple websites and through entire lifecycle of customer’s requestResolve customer complaints in a professional mannerProcess orders, returns, and exchangesProvide product and service information and guidanceDocument and update customer records based on interactionsFollow up and track with customers and the store to ensure their issues are resolvedMaintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customersStay updated on product knowledge and company policiesFollow daily task check listParticipate in testing and quality control of changes on the websiteQualifications/Experience:Proven experience as a customer service representative or similar roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle stressful situations and diffuse upset customersProficient in using ERP software and CRM toolsStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and manage time effectivelyAttention to detail and accuracyHigh school diploma or equivalent; a degree or equivalentFlexibility to work in shifts if requiredGood typing skills and computer literacyPreferred Qualifications:Degree in a relevant fieldJob Type: Full-timeIn officeSalary: $25 an hourBenefits:Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insurancePaid time off401(k) with employer matchingEmployee assistance programEmployee discountFlexible spending accountHealth savings accountLife insuranceWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
