Status: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Customer Operations Associate to join our team. This role is vital to ensuring a seamless customer experience by managing the packing and shipping of orders with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be highly organized, and possess a proactive approach to supporting operational processes. must have shipstation and shopify experience
Job Responsibilities:

  •   Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping while ensuring accuracy and timeliness. 
  •   Print shipping labels and ensure orders are properly labeled and documented. 
  •   Collaborate with carriers to arrange timely pickups and resolve any delivery issues. 
  •   Track shipments and provide updates as needed. 
  •   Maintain organized inventory storage and restock packaging materials as necessary. 
  •   Notify management of low-stock items or discrepancies in inventory. 
  •   Address customer inquiries related to order status or shipping concerns professionally. 
  •   Coordinate with other departments to resolve any issues impacting the customer experience. 
  •   Keep the workspace clean and organized to maintain a safe working environment. 
  •   Identify opportunities to improve packing and shipping efficiency and suggest process improvements. 
  •   Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders. 
  •   Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting. 
  •   Excellent time management and multitasking skills. 
  •   Basic computer proficiency (e.g., printing labels, using shipping software). 

Requirements

QualificationsEducation & Experience:

  •   High school diploma or equivalent. 
  •   Previous experience in Customer service , shipping, packing, must know how to use Shipstation and Shopify
  •   Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders. 
  •   Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting. 
  •   Excellent time management and multitasking skills. 
  •   Basic computer proficiency (e.g., printing labels, using shipping software). 

Physical Requirements:

  •   Ability to stand, lift, and carry packages (up to 30 lbs) for extended periods. 
  •   Comfortable working in an office environment.
