Title: Onsiet Administrator
Location: Jackson Center
Pay Rate: Ohio$17 to $20hr; Salary Based on experience
Key responsibilities
Communication and correspondence: Act as a point of contact by answering phones, responding to emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Scheduling and coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, and arrange travel and accommodation.
Record-keeping: Organize and maintain both physical and digital files, update databases, and ensure records are kept accurate and up-to-date.
Administrative support: Assist staff with clerical duties, prepare documents, reports, and presentations, and take minutes at meetings.
Office management: Order and manage office supplies, maintain equipment, and ensure the office environment is organized and functional.
Event support: Assist with the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.
Budget and expenses: Help with budget tracking, process expenses, and reconcile invoices.
