Onsite Community Manager Apply
Taylor Management is searching for an enthusiastic and professional Onsite Community Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Onsite Community Manager, you will be the face of the community, responsible for creating a welcoming environment for residents while ensuring that administrative and operational tasks run efficiently. This role is $75,000-$80,000.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Facilitating smooth daily operations of the community by coordinating maintenance, managing budgets, and overseeing staff.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with residents and Board members, addressing concerns, and enhancing community engagement.
- Planning and executing community events and activities to foster a sense of belonging among residents.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in property or community management.
- Strong knowledge of community association operations and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficient in relevant software applications (e.g., property management tools, Microsoft Office).
- Relevant industry certifications (like CMCA or AMS) preferred.
