Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in community management
- Strong understanding of HOA processes and community relations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
- Relevant certifications (CMCA, AMS) are a plus
