Job Title: Onsite Engineer

Location: Greencastle, Pennsylvania (onsite only)

Job Description:

• 10 plus years relevant experience in Automotive Trucks domain
• Automotive - Trucks Domain, HV battery QC, battery testing, vehicle Troubleshooting, CAN
• Study and analyze existing wire harness design methodology.
• Creation of electrical schematic using Creo Schematics 7.0.
• Participate in design review meetings.
• Coordinate with JLG Engineers to understand the design requirements.
• Create 3D harness routing models for space claim using CAD tool Creo 4.0.
• Create harness manufacturing layout, component, and electrical installation drawings per JLG standards and manage them in Windchill PLM.
• Select wiring harness connectors, accessories, and document them in JLG library.
• Coordinate the Proto and CN release of wiring harnesses, cables, related electrical & electronic components, and installs from concept phase to production.
• Prioritize, schedule, and communicate the harness design activities to Offshore LTTS Engineers.
