Job description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Onsite Manager for one of our clients located in Sydney, OH. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys helping others, excels in building positive relationships, and is capable of managing day-to-day operations effectively. The Onsite Manager will be responsible for overseeing employee relations, ensuring payroll accuracy, conducting new hire orientations, coaching employees, and serving as the primary point of contact for any site-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
-Employee Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with employees and upper management, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
-Payroll Management: Review and process payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of any errors.
-New Hire Orientation: Conduct and facilitate new hire orientations, ensuring new employees are well-integrated into the team.
-Employee Coaching: Monitor employee performance, particularly in relation to attendance and production goals. Provide coaching and development to employees who are not meeting expectations.
-Point of Contact: Act as the main point of contact for all site-related issues, including HR benefits, pay concerns, and site escalations.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve employee concerns and escalations in a timely and effective manner.
-Compliance: Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed, and maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:
-Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse, logistics, or related industry.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
-Experience with payroll systems and strong attention to detail.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
-Knowledge of HR practices and regulations is a plus.
-Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
-Proven track record of placing candidates in temp or temp-to-hire roles and managing conversions.
-BA/BS in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
-Strong proficiency in ATS systems, candidate sourcing, and analytics
-Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
-Ability to manage multiple open requisitions confidentially and effectively
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Flexibility to travel occasionally to branch or client sites
