Taylor Management is currently seeking an experienced Onsite Property Manager to oversee the operations of a large-scale community. As the Onsite Property Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the community and ensuring the satisfaction of the residents.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all aspects of the community, including maintenance, operations, and resident services.
• Ensure that the community is well-maintained and meets the standards set by the company and the homeowners association.
• Handle resident inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to schedule and oversee repairs and maintenance activities.
• Manage vendor contracts and relationships.
• Conduct regular inspections of the community to identify any maintenance or safety issues.
• Supervise on-site staff and ensure they are fulfilling their duties effectively.
• Collaborate with the Board of Directors to develop and implement community policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Onsite Property Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
