Onsite Senior Lab Technician Apply
Position Summary:
As a Senior Lab Technician, you will play a crucial role in the successful operation and management of the laboratory. Your responsibilities will include overseeing and conducting various laboratory tests, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results, and providing leadership and guidance to junior lab technicians. This position requires a high level of expertise in laboratory procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Under moderate supervision, provide direct benchtop services support at customer facilities.
- Execute routine laboratory support procedures and preparations (e.g. media/buffer prep, solvent/reagent mixtures, filtrations, material weighing, some physical testing, witness senior staff experiments).
- Maintain lab inventory both raw materials and completed media, through documentation of expiration, quantities, etc.
- Experience with laboratory equipment (pH meters, balances, centrifuges, hot plates, etc.)
- Be able to follow SOPs and calculate batch quantities as required.
- Any additional tasks as needed.
