Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst and Data Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both business analysis and technical domains, with the ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. They will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering, System Analysis and Design, Project Management Support, Testing and Validation, Stakeholder Communication, Continuous Improvement Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 0-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on technical environments.

Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business problems and propose effective solutions.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Visa - Green Card, US Citizen, H4 EAD

Pay Rate is 25 $/hr - 30 $/hr
