We are seeking a highly skilled OpenShift DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms. This role involves building, deploying, and maintaining scalable OpenShift clusters while supporting continuous integration, continuous delivery, and development processes.

Development Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with software development teams to design, build, and deploy microservices-based applications in OpenShift and Kubernetes environments.

Develop and maintain custom Kubernetes Operators to automate the management of complex applications.

Create and manage CI/CD pipelines that automate the building, testing, and deployment of software to multiple environments (development, staging, production).

Work with development teams to containerize applications using Docker and manage application deployment using Helm charts or Kubernetes YAML manifests.

Implement automated testing frameworks (unit, integration, functional) within the CI/CD pipeline to ensure code quality and security at each stage of the software lifecycle.

Design and develop reusable automation scripts to manage deployments, updates, and patches across the OpenShift ecosystem.

Integrate security best practices (DevSecOps) into the CI/CD pipelines, including static and dynamic code analysis, vulnerability scanning, and compliance checks.

Implement monitoring and logging solutions within the application development process to ensure early detection of issues and continuous improvement of code quality.

Troubleshoot and resolve development-related issues in containerized environments, ensuring that application performance and scalability requirements are met.
