ABOUT THE JOB The operational performance analyst guarantees the standard times for assembly that are defined within the scope of responsibilities (France and International, depending on the organization). Responsible for conducting chrono analysis (micro, macro, time scale) and communicating the conclusions obtained internally. Plan and perform Instantaneous Observations (O.I). Identify and define improvement action plans. ACTIVITIES Organize and prepare with the workshop and the support team concerned the timing period(s) as well as the scope of the analysisPerform timings according to the chrono analysis methodsDetermine the primary / target timesCarry out the chrono analysis in accordance with the process in forceIdentify improvement solutions (technical or organizational)Perform the synthesis of the analysis following the standard in forceCommunicate analysis findings to internal clients Create an immediate report to hierarchyREQUIEREMENTS +5 years of experience in manufacturing or aeronautic General wiring knowledgeMaster instantaneous observations on the workstationMaster chrono-analysis techniquesOffice Pack (Excel, Power Point, Word)Advanced English Level
