JOB DESCRIPTIONInsight Global is looking for an experienced Operational Risk Consultant to support a risk management function on a contract basis. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on expertise in conducting risk assessments, testing controls, and applying core operational risk concepts in a practical, business‑focused way. This role is suited for someone who can quickly integrate into an existing framework, identify gaps, and strengthen risk practices with minimal oversight.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- 3-5 years of experience within risk management (this can be from either compliance, risk or audit)- Post secondary degree in Business, Law, IT, Compliance, or Risk Management- Strong knowledge of risk management industry standards and methodologies- Very strong written and communication skillsNICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- Experience in Insurance or FinanceWe may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.
