Operations Advisor Apply
This role combines field support, coaching, and business development to ensure our brand standards and customer satisfaction remain strong.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site inspections and account reviews
- Coach Franchise Owners on operations, financials, and customer service
- Develop action plans to improve service levels
- Support customer relationships and resolve complaints
- Assist with new account placements and walk-throughs
- Identify sales opportunities and extra work revenue
- Track progress, manage CRM updates, and meet monthly business goals
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years commercial cleaning experience (or equivalent)
- 2+ years supervisory/management experience
- Strong technical cleaning knowledge and business acumen
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Hands-on management style; P&L experience a plus
